THE TEAM
Kimberly J. Woodbury, SPHR (she/her)Founder & Chief Human Resources Business PartnerKimberly has a strong foundation of 10+ years in payroll management and HR generalist experience across multiple industries. For the past few years, Kimberly has focused on assisting companies with regulatory compliance, risk management, compensation, employee relations, and recruiting efforts, while streamlining processes, implementing new benefits programs, and revising policies.
Kimberly holds Associate’s degrees in both Accounting and Management as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Salem State University. Kimberly has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management since 2013 and passed the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification exam through the HR Certification Institute in 2015. As an active supporter of the local community, Kimberly also volunteers as a nominated member of the Board of Directors for E.M.O. Health and Citizen's Inn. She previously served her community as a youth mentor with Raw Art Works’ Project Launch college access and career exploration program as well as a nominated member of the Board of Directors for HAWC (Healing Abuse Working for Change). Kimberly’s hidden talents include being a devoted dog mom and creative artist; looking for her next nonprofit experience; traveling (less since COVID); and a deep appreciation of all music that stems from playing the flute while in school. |
Andra Kakavitsas, SHRM-CP (she/her)Client Human Resources Business PartnerAndra joined the Karma HR family on a part-time basis in 2023. She is an accomplished HR professional with over 10+ years’ experience working in both the medical and legal industry. She holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from Salem State University and has been a SHRM Certified Professional since 2017. Her areas of expertise include employee relations, benefit administration, policy development, leadership coaching, multi-state payroll and performance management. She is also fluent in Portuguese.
Andra is currently a Director of Human Resources at a nationwide law firm specializing in Social Security Disability. Her passions include traveling overseas with her husband and two young daughters. |
Alyssa Langione, SHRM-CP (she/her)Human Resources AdministratorAlyssa joined the Karma HR family on a part-time basis in 2023, after earning her SHRM-CP. Alyssa is an experienced manager specializing in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and customer service. In addition to working full-time in recruiting and human resources, she enjoys reading, writing, traveling, and spending time with her family and two sons.

Stephanie Santos (she/her)Brand AmbassadorStephanie joined the Karma HR family in 2022 applying years of experience in talent acquisition, customer service, and networking to the growing Karma HR brand. In addition to working full-time in human resources, she enjoys traveling, watching sports, and spending time with loved ones. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Salem State University.

Caitlin McGaw (she/her)Brand AmbassadorCaitlin joined the Karma HR family in 2022 applying years of experience in customer success and concierge services to growing the Karma HR brand. She spends most days taking care of her family and two young daughters, following social media, advocating for mental health, working out at the gym, and doing yoga. Caitlin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from Salem State University.

Denise Molina Capers, Esq., CCDP/APAdvanced Diversity PractitionerKarma HR partners with DMC Diversified Consulting, Inc. for specialized diversity and inclusion initiatives. Denise Molina Capers is an Attorney, Educator, and Advanced Diversity Practitioner with 15+ years of experience. She grew up in Brooklyn, NY and has spent the majority of her career in service to her community.
Denise's journey began as an educator in New York. She later moved to Massachusetts obtained her law degree and license to practice. Wanting to find an impactful medium between education and law she obtained her Cornell Certification as an Advanced Diversity Practitioner and has found so much joy as a thought leader and strategic planner in that field. Denise is a results-oriented professional and you will often hear her say, “I am not here to change minds, I am here to open minds.” Denise has successfully designed and facilitated leadership and workforce development programs, workshops, and training that encourage growth and progress. In addition to being a change agent, Denise has also volunteered with the MSPCA, served on the Board of Directors for HAWC (Healing Abuse Working for Change), and continues to serve on the Board of Directors for the YWCA. When she’s not serving her community, you can find Denise exploring new cafes, writing, hiking, or out on another new adventure with her family. |
